　　大家好！很榮幸今天能在這里和大家進行交流學(xué)習(xí)。說實在，從接到這項任務(wù)的那一刻起，我心中一直充滿了忐忑不安。畢竟臺下在座的有很多老師都是我的前輩，比我的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗要豐富的多，還輪不到我這個小輩來大談教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，所以在此我想從備課、課堂教學(xué)以及課后落實這三個方面來談?wù)勎业囊恍┳龇ê腕w會。

　　一、備課

　　我們都知道一節(jié)課能否上的好，很大程度上取決于教師的備課。“臺上一分鐘，臺下十年功”也可算是對教師備課的真實寫照。我記得剛工作那年，剛好遇到新課改的第一年，對于教材不熟悉又沒有工作經(jīng)驗，所以當(dāng)時急急忙忙跑到新華書店買了一本教學(xué)參考書，把參考書里面的內(nèi)容一一寫在備課本上，書本上密密麻麻的寫了很多，在課堂上又急于想把所有內(nèi)容都交給學(xué)生。結(jié)果可想而知，學(xué)生一開始還會認(rèn)真記筆記，后來就漸漸不想記了，或者有記沒記得隨便寫點，課堂氣氛也變得死氣沉沉。于是我及時剎車，靜下心來反思，也查閱了相關(guān)知識，發(fā)現(xiàn)這也是我們新教師的一種通病，備課備了很多，面面俱到，上課的時候總希望把備課的內(nèi)容全部交給學(xué)生，滿堂灌，總覺得在課堂上講的多，學(xué)生就能學(xué)的多，結(jié)果一堂課下來自己講的累，但學(xué)生還是不知道這堂課講了些什么，講的過多容易引起學(xué)生消化不良。

　　那么，如何備好一堂課呢？我覺得首先要充分了解教材，學(xué)會鉆研，只有在教材的探討上達到一定的深度和廣度，把握教材，吃透教材，才能在應(yīng)用教材實施課堂教學(xué)的時候游刃有余、指點有方。而且在上課之前最好自己先試講一兩次，上課的時候盡量做到脫稿。比如我在講到強調(diào)句的時候，可以順便提到一般疑問句和特殊疑問句的強調(diào)句式，并拓展not

　　until的強調(diào)句式以及把強調(diào)句和省略句，定語從句聯(lián)系在一起，所有的這些都脫離書本直接講出來（包括例句），這樣上課的時候與學(xué)生眼神交流，心與心交流的機會就多了，自我感覺好，上課可以更好的發(fā)揮，學(xué)生對老師也產(chǎn)生一種崇拜之情，對老師的話也會很要聽了，所以一定程度上也收服了學(xué)生。而且我對自己也一再提醒，即使我是剛畢業(yè)沒幾年的新教師，我也要讓我的學(xué)生感覺我是經(jīng)驗豐富的老教師。

　　其次，備課要突出重點，比如這堂課主要是學(xué)習(xí)這個單元的詞匯，那么在備完詞匯內(nèi)容后多準(zhǔn)備一些習(xí)題給學(xué)生機會去練習(xí)，可以采取填空、造句、選擇題，默寫等方式讓學(xué)生去熟悉新的詞匯，反反復(fù)復(fù)操練。其他內(nèi)容可以不涉及。這也有助于老師在下堂課回顧上一堂的內(nèi)容是學(xué)生馬上給出反饋。如果上堂課備的內(nèi)容既有詞匯又有課文內(nèi)容，學(xué)生首先消化不了這么多內(nèi)容，另外在第二堂課的時候回憶不出來。我記得這次假期補課期間，我們英語組第一天的課時安排學(xué)生摸底考試。第二天分析試卷，我前一天備課的內(nèi)容是試卷上的15道選擇題，這15道題目中非謂語動詞出現(xiàn)了好幾遍，所以我就把備課的重點放在了非謂語動詞上，而且非謂語動詞是我們高中階段的重難點部分。碰巧后來的作業(yè)中又陸陸續(xù)續(xù)碰到了好多非謂語動詞的練習(xí)，那么我就會講，同學(xué)們，還記得在第二堂課上老師講的非謂語動詞啊。學(xué)生往往印象深刻，因為那堂課我只講了一個重點，那就是非謂語動詞。所以備課的時候一定要突出重點，而且不用多，一兩個就夠了。畢竟我們的學(xué)生腸胃不好，吃多了會消化不良，還不如少吃多餐，細(xì)嚼慢咽，慢慢消化。

　　最后是要備學(xué)生。我們的學(xué)生英語水平普遍不是很好，而且一個老師的兩個班級學(xué)生之間水平也參差不齊，往往備的課在重點班上還好，而在普通班上學(xué)生就接受不了了。所以備課的時候要根據(jù)學(xué)生實際情況。那么如何了解學(xué)生的實際情況呢？可以從學(xué)生在課上的表現(xiàn)：課下完成作業(yè)的情況中了解。如果你備課的內(nèi)容在重點班學(xué)生都不是很適應(yīng)，那么在普通班最好就別在用了，否則就是在浪費時間。另外準(zhǔn)備的作業(yè)也要有彈性。不能兩個班每個班一張試卷就可以了。我一般都是好點的班級一張試卷全部做，普通班閱讀或者完型先不做。這部分不做的題目我會放在課堂上讓普通班學(xué)生當(dāng)堂完成。因為普通班學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)和自覺性總是比重點班要差。很多學(xué)生科恩給你文章都看不懂，一開始可能還會去查字典，但久而久之懶了，就不去查字典而是去問別人抄。所以我寧可讓他們在課堂上當(dāng)堂做完，不會的查字典或者請教老師。

　　二、課堂教學(xué)

　　首先，上課要精神飽滿。其實我們每個老師都會有自己特有的風(fēng)格和性格，像xxx老師和xxx老師的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，xxx老師和xxx老師的幽默，xxx老師和xxx老師的溫和，xxx老師和xxx老師的熱情等等，他們都能夠充分貼切的講自己的性格融匯到課堂教學(xué)中，形成了自己特有的教學(xué)風(fēng)格，而一個有個性、與眾不同的老師往往能夠吸引學(xué)生和帶動學(xué)生。就我本人而言，我是一個性格比較開朗的人，大學(xué)時也學(xué)過健美操，所以我習(xí)慣將課堂作為一個表演的舞臺，只要走進教室，就會顯得精神飽滿，充滿熱情，教學(xué)各個環(huán)節(jié)一般都設(shè)計的非常緊湊，教學(xué)過程中，我會不時的隨機點學(xué)生回答問題，迫使學(xué)生注意力集中。而且聽過我課的老師和學(xué)生都說我上課的時候肢體語言非常豐富。其實這是一種自然而然地行為。比如說講到對于剛剛內(nèi)容的回顧，我會突然書本一合，然后舉起我的右手說，來，同學(xué)們，現(xiàn)在跟老師一起來回顧一下剛剛我們學(xué)過的內(nèi)容。這也無形當(dāng)中調(diào)動了課堂氣氛，激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。學(xué)生畢竟還未成熟，很多學(xué)生因為課堂好玩，老師上課有趣才去學(xué)這門課。所以說興趣是最好的老師。

　　其次，始終堅持扎實課本，背記內(nèi)容盡量在課堂上完成。我們學(xué)生每天要上的課很多，要背記得內(nèi)容頁很多，語文要背，數(shù)學(xué)公式要背，政史要背，理化生也要背。而英語更是非背不可，英語單詞如果不背，單項題目看不懂，閱讀完型內(nèi)容看不懂，作文不會寫。所以在所有科目中有其特殊性，背記內(nèi)容特別多，單詞要背，課文要背，天天都有背的任務(wù)，如果“背”成為學(xué)生害怕和頭疼的事，那很難讓學(xué)生保持對英語的學(xué)習(xí)熱情。因此，我盡量將要背的內(nèi)容在課堂上完成，在新課完成后，留出一定的時間趁熱打鐵，讓學(xué)生背誦。只將少部分的'留到課后去背。學(xué)生能在短時間內(nèi)根據(jù)板書的提示信息背出當(dāng)天新學(xué)內(nèi)容時，背誦不僅不會成為負(fù)擔(dān)，相反這種成就感能夠激勵學(xué)生提高上課效率更專注于課堂。

　　最后適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)課堂氣氛。英語是一門語言科目，不僅要求學(xué)生能靜得下來，更需要學(xué)生能動起來。如果課堂氣氛過于嚴(yán)肅，那么當(dāng)老師需要他們活躍時，學(xué)生會顯得沒有熱情配合，設(shè)計的活動環(huán)節(jié)也會顯得生硬不自然。所以，我上課時，會偶爾跟學(xué)生開開玩笑。我記得有一次，還是我大肚子的時候，那天下午的英語課上，給學(xué)生放聽力，下午的課，學(xué)生有些昏昏欲睡，注意力不是很集中。我放了一遍聽力，一篇小對話很簡短的，讓學(xué)生把大概的意思告訴給我聽。問了半天居然沒人反應(yīng)，當(dāng)時真想狠狠的批評他們一頓。忽然，我寶寶在肚子里面踢了我兩次。我就借題發(fā)揮，我說，同學(xué)們啊，你們看，我寶寶都聽懂了這篇對話，在肚子里給了我反映，你們難道連個小毛頭都不如嗎？學(xué)生聽完哈哈大笑，瞌睡蟲也被趕走了。我就說再放一遍，這遍要仔細(xì)聽了哦。第二遍放好后，基本上學(xué)生們都能把大概意思給講出來了。這個玩笑即間接地起到批評鞭策的作用，又能讓學(xué)生主動學(xué)習(xí)。效果肯定要比狠狠批評他們一通要好得多。另外我還很喜歡跟學(xué)生就話題內(nèi)容穿插一些我的大學(xué)生活，比如參加各種各樣的社團，晚會啊等等，讓他們憧憬一下美好的大學(xué)生活，然后我會話題一轉(zhuǎn)，說到，要想實現(xiàn)那個美好的大學(xué)夢想，想在就要好好學(xué)習(xí)吧，再苦也是值得的哦。不僅調(diào)動了課堂氣氛，也起到了一定的教育作用。

　　三、課后落實。

　　首先，作業(yè)批改要及時有效。老師的作業(yè)一定要自己批改，而且在批改作業(yè)的時候應(yīng)該要留意那些錯誤率高的題目，可以把題號記錄下來在第二天的課上著重進行分析。或者也可以把錯題進行歸類。比如說主要是錯在定語從句這塊語法上面，那么有可能在課上沒有講透，學(xué)生還不理解。下一堂課可以針對這個語法再講一遍。另外，有時候是課堂上聽未必能聽懂。那么可以把這些同學(xué)單獨叫過來面對面幫他們分析，等在課堂上分析的時候他們相當(dāng)于是聽第二遍，那就不至于像聽天書一樣了。此外在與這些基礎(chǔ)差的學(xué)生交流中還可以發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，鼓勵他們多來問問題，幫助他們樹立信心，從而培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。當(dāng)然老師作業(yè)改得及時認(rèn)真也能杜絕那些抄作業(yè)現(xiàn)象。

　　其次，針對學(xué)生的作文，以往我都是把學(xué)生的錯誤句子劃出來，第二天的課上把學(xué)生普遍犯的錯誤講一下，錯句修改一下，然后范本抄在黑板上讓學(xué)生回去去背誦。但漸漸地我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生即使這次的范本背會了自己寫作文的時候錯誤還是在出現(xiàn)，而且這些錯誤都是他們學(xué)英語以來一直在犯的老毛病。原來，我們老師辛辛苦苦每篇文章幫他們劃出錯誤，而他們壓根就視而不見，這篇文章犯的錯誤下次照樣還會再犯。我就在想，如果學(xué)生自己的毛病沒有根治，再多的新鮮血液輸入進去也是沒有用的。治標(biāo)要治本，所以后來我就要求學(xué)生把每次發(fā)下去的作文劃線部分訂正好當(dāng)天交上來，如果不會訂正可以問同學(xué)或者向老師請教，至于那些作文分?jǐn)?shù)在及格分以下的肯定錯誤很多，我則要求他們面批，自己抽時間來找我。這樣一來，很多學(xué)生如果不會訂正就會主動來請教老師，從而真正理解地把自己的錯誤給糾正過來了，也就避免在考試作文中不必要的失分。

　　最后，落實背誦和默寫。英語學(xué)科，即使老師課堂教學(xué)再出色，單詞課文的背記如果不落實，還是很難出成績，這一點是我們所有英語老師的共識，也是最辛苦和讓人無奈的事。背誦我喜歡親力親為。雖然比較累，但學(xué)生在背的時候我可以及時幫他糾正發(fā)音錯誤，或者隨時抽出幾個重點短語句子讓他回顧，從而檢測學(xué)生有沒有真正理解著背。另外學(xué)生來背誦其實也是一次師生交流互動的機會。比如說有個學(xué)生前兩天在課堂上睡著了，而當(dāng)時我又忘記把他叫過來面談了，趁著他來背書的機會剛好提醒我，背完后也就可以跟他面對面交流了。除了背誦，默寫也很重要。我?guī)缀趺刻於加心瑢憙?nèi)同，有時候是默寫單詞，有時候是默寫句子，甚至于默寫課文。有些學(xué)生光會背不會寫，這在作文中很吃虧的，所以默寫也很重要。默寫不過關(guān)一般都要求第二天來重默出，從而不影響下次的默寫。至于那些基礎(chǔ)很差，連單詞都不會讀的學(xué)生，我一般先教他們音標(biāo)，這在高一可以嘗試。我記得我?guī)У牡谝粚茫�高一一開始就是先教音標(biāo)，每個人都要過關(guān)。因為如果音標(biāo)會了，單詞就會讀，而且很多單詞是根據(jù)讀音拼出來的。高二高三就可以省下很多麻煩。

　　Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a growth. If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up along with these choices.
