I thought it was very interesting,so I took part in it,and some teachers came to teach us.The teacher often said,"you cant bend your hands too much,otherwise your hands are easy to get hurt.You should do warm-up exercises before playing frisbee,so that you wont get cramps in the middle of playing." I also often use this sentence to remind myself that it will not cause sports injury.Frisbee can only use soft frisbee,not hard Frisbee.
Playing frisbee can practice arm strength and dodge ability.Playing frisbee can sweat and make sick people have a cold quickly.Many people often say:"more exercise will increase immunity" and "more exercise,sweating,colds are faster and better",which is the truth!
I like the pleasure of playing frisbee and the fun of dodging.In the future,as long as I see someone playing frisbee dodgeball,I will join in and save money to buy a soft frisbee to share the fun and pleasure with everyone.Even if I cant play often,I will find the time to practice the strength,direction and skills of Frisbee shooting with my good friends In order to progress.
