I hate Black Friday sales.Its often a gathering of people who are there for many different reasons.Some are looking for a deal on that one item for their loved one,or perhaps themselves.Their intentions are completely unrelated to the festive time of year,and can merely be summed up with one word,EBay!
It was several years ago when my wife asked me to meet her at the local department store on Black Friday morning.They had advertised a childs bike that she wanted to purchase for our son.We stood with a very large crowd,waiting for the manager to blow the whistle.After a while the whistle blew.It was like throwing a bucket of chum into a tank of sharks.I told my wife that if we obtained a bike,fine,but if we did not,I was OK with that too.
As the pallet of bikes began to gradually decrease in size,I saw my polite opportunity to wrap my hands around the corner of one of the boxes.I lifted it off the crate and suddenly felt some mild resistance.I looked up to see one of the largest gentlemen I had ever seen in my life.Intimidating was not the word to describe his presence.He was adorned with numerous straps of metal spiked leather around both arms and even his neck.Tattoos were an obvious passion of his.
I started to relinquish the box but he gently pushed it back in my direction and back into my hands.He then directed it into my shopping cart.He looked at me,smiled,and said,Merry Christmas.My wife and I went to the checkout,paid for the bike and went home.All the way home I was thinking that this moment was by far the best Christmas gift I had ever received.The kindness of a stranger that broke all preconceived notions I may have had of stereotypes and prejudices.The tenderness of a human heart in a simple act.I will never forget it.

Urged by the friend,I carefully opened the gift box,a look,I was shocked,I never thought that a carefully packaging photos,no traces of yellow fold,the left side of the picture,"happy birthday to you" several characters shine,I appear with all the spirit in the photo.My friends praised me and said I was so handsome that my mother walked over and patted me on the shoulder.I understood my mothers good intentions and rushed to my mothers arms...
I hung the picture to the most visible part of the bedroom and looked at it all the time.I thought it was my best gift.

Jerry was reading a book,but before he knew it,he fell asleep.
In the dream jerry saw a man.As he approached,he heard the man say,"come on,boy,I can give you three wishes."
Jerry stopped and looked puzzled.
"Come on,boy,god wont lie to you."
Jerry believed and thought,and said,"I want to get the latest PSP!"
"What if theres an update?" "God asked.
"Thats about to be updated."
"What on earth are you going to get?" "God says." Well,your first wish has been said,now say the second."
Jerry thought about it,and this time he must have an eternal wish.Then he said,"I will be happy forever!"
"Isnt all that unhappy?" "God asked.
"Thats for sure."
"No unhappy process,no happy result?" Jerry was speechless.
"Well,now you can say a third wish."
Jerry thought,"Im going to have a meaningful one this time." Im going to get a great gift!"
"Youve got it."
Jerry didnt believe:"what? Then why didnt I know?"
God said,"of course you dont know,you,you humans dont think of it as a gift.Well,your three wishes have been said and you can go." Then jerry awoke.
Jerry understood that he had received many gifts,big and small,small,fleeting,and eternal.But only this gift is the most valuable.
God said the last word,"this best gift is your life."
