　　Panda is one of the scarcest animals. People in the world like it very much. there used to be many pandas in China long ago. As the balance of nature was destroyed and the weather was getting warmer and warmer, pandas became less.

　　But at present, the number of pandas is increasing year by year. there are now so many pandas that some are being sent to other countries so that people there can enjoy them.

　　Nowadays, the biggest nature park for panda in China is in Sichuan. there is a research centre for nature and wild life there. Scientists hope that one day they will have enough pandas to be set free and let them live in the wild again.

　　“Stand up!” our monitor said loudly. I stood up and my legs were trembling.

　　“Who knocked over the ink bottle?” Miss Ye, the teacher, asked. I kept silent. Many eyes were fixed upon me. Miss Ye walked to me and asked in a low voice,“Did you do it?”

　　“No, no, I didn't, ” I said hurriedly②. My face turned red at once. I didn't know why I had told a lie.

　　“OK, I believe you.” She patted me on the head and then began teaching.

　　I felt very sorry. I knew I was wrong. So I went to see Miss Ye in the afternoon.

　　“I'm sorry, Miss Ye,” I said. “This morning I told a lie.”

　　“I saw the whole thing through the window when I was outside the classroom, ”she said. “But I didn't scold you. I knew you would come to tell me the truth because I believe you are an honest girl.”

　　Tucked away in our subconscious is an idyllic vision. We see ourselves on a long trip that spans the continent. We are traveling by train. Out the windows, we drink in the passing scene of cars on nearby highways, of children waving at a crossing, of cattle grazing on a distant hillside, of smoke pouring from a power plant, of row upon row of corn and wheat, of flatlands and valleys, of mountains and rolling hillsides, of city skylines and village halls.

　　我們的潛意識里藏著一派田園詩般的風光。我們仿佛身處一次橫貫大陸的漫漫旅程之中。乘著火車，我們領略著窗外流動的景色：附近高速公路上奔馳的汽車、十字路口處招手的孩童、遠山上吃草的牛群、源源不斷地從電廠排放出的煙塵、一片片的玉米和小麥、平原與山谷、群山與綿延的丘陵、天空映襯下城市的輪廓，以及鄉間的莊園宅第。

　　Love is a lamp In the picture , an oil lamp gives out bright flame against the dark background .The oil lamp here is symbol of love . Just as is said in the picture , love is a lamp ;The darker the background is ,the brighter it looks . It is true that the harder the situation is ,the more valuable love is. Lots of examples might be easily given . For example , when someone is starving to death, just a little food and water may save his or her life .When a little girl in a poor area drops out of school , just a small sum of money from you may support her to finish school and change her life. In a word, we should offer our help to the persons in need . I come to realize that what is love and it is around our life.

Although what she has done hurts you somuch, you won’t do the same thing to, because you love her. Thirdly, love is growing old together. The outside word is so colorful, but what you want is to grow old with her together and treasure every minute with her. 　　I like travel very much so I spent about three days going for a trip with my sister and my good friends. We went to a beautiful small island named NanAo, which is near my hometown.

　　I almost could not control my excitement and happiness when Ifirst caught sight of the islandsurrounded by the cleanly blue-black water of the sea and where you can see the white and soft beach from a far distance. I thought maybe it was becauseI had not seen the sea for a long time that I felt so excited and happy when I dipped my feet in the cool seawater.

　　I remembered I did not leave the beach until I was so hungry that I had to go for a dinner with my sister. We enjoyed our time very much. Finally we were reluctant to leave Nanao and were determined to visit there again next holiday.
