　　The movie American Captain is very popular around the world, many children treat the protagonist as their hero. The image of American Captain stands for America, he presents justice and peace to the world. While the newest series shows me a different opinion about this great man.

　　In the newest series American Captain, this great man still try to fight against the bad guys and maintain the world peace with his powerful team. While the problem comes during their missions, the team causes so many death and the loss of the public property. Then American Captain was asked to sign a deal to limit their movements but he refused.

　　I am always a big fan of these comic books, but the newest movie shows me the unacceptable idea of the great man. The responsibility should always come first for the hero, such as batman and superman, they treat the people’s lives in the first place. They will feel very guilty for causing the loss of the public property. So fighting for peace doesn’t mean the big man don’t have to consider the bad results he brings.

　　Please think a minute! I heard a funny true story about this guy who goes to the gym to exercise and work out each week. He takes 20 minutes to change his clothes. Then he walks around the gym talking with different people.

　　After that, he reads the newspaper. Finally, he does a few stretches and 5 minutes of exercises. Then he takes a hot steam bath before going home. So in the whole 2 hours he’s at the gym, he only spends 5 minutes exercising! One day, someone heard this man saying:“I don’t understand it. I go the the gym almost everyday, but I never seem to lose weight.” But every body at the gym knows why, because they see this guy there doing everything except the main thing exercise!

　　You see, it’s important that we keep the main thing. And if you want to be successful. In your job, business, or managing your family, or your studies, whatever we do, we must get the main thing done. Instead of wasting our time and energy doing things that aren’t important. Because it is easy to get side-tracked doing other things that might be easier or more fun to do.

　　I am sure that many students who have watched the Australian Tennis Championship on CCTV 5 during winter break. So today, i would like to talk about my thoughts of this game.

　　On January 24, Li na won over Sharapova in the women' s singles final. This is the third time that Li na has gone into the grand slam finals. Once again, On January 26, Li na went against a new opponent name Azarenka. On that day of the game, Li na was in the leadin the first inning, but during the second inning, she accidently fell down twice. People were shocked and sad about how she could not continue the game. But because of the people being worried, she doggedly continue the game, making the audience cheer and applauding her for her effort to continue her game. A t that time ,audience applauded foe her persistence.Although she lost the game, he hard effort and insistency moved us and motivated us.

　　And this case also appreaded in tthe men singles final the next day. Two opponents named Murray and Djokovic were against each other. Due to the game, Murray's foot had blisters that affected the way he played. The doctor had to treat his wound with medicine. As human beings, if we had blisters on our foot, we may feel a lot of pain and don't want to walk. However, as an athlete, Murray had to withstand the pain and strive for the victory.

　　As students, studying is a part of our life.I know we may be confronted with many different kinds of problems,have you ever wangted to give it up? However,she took in more than ten homeless orphans successively and managed to bring them up. Every day she labored from morning till night. In order to earn as much money as possible to raise the children and to keep them in school,she even went to a hospital regularly to sell her blood. She went there out of curiosity, but what she saw strengthened her determination to devote her whole life to fighting for those beautiful creatures. 　　Yes, that's a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies, called Gorillas in the Mist, based on a true story of Mrs. Diana Fossey, who spent most of her lifetime in Rwanda to protect the ecoenvironment there until the very end of her life.

　　To me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our eco-environment.

　　Today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems. On the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go. From my point of view, those main problems can fall into three parts.

　　First of all, the complicated relationship. For one thing, you have to know how cultural differences function in your relationship and respect them. In addition, college students spend less time studying together owing to different courses’ choosing, which requires us to devote more energy to building relationship. For the other thing, it is also vital to communicate with your parents often by using mobile phones or other tools.

　　Secondly, the temptations. The college serves us a more relaxed environment mixed with other temptations such as the Internet, alcohols and so on. What’s more, the college teachers won’t compel you to study like before, you doze off or play cell phone in class, and you flee up the morning class because you get up too late. Such too frequent behaviors will cripple your passion and enthusiasm towards life, so it is essential for us to resist these temptations and insist pursuing our own goals.

　　Thirdly, the balance between study and work. Most of us will choose to take a part time job to earn the extra money or just to exercise ourselves. But it is significant to keep a relatively balanced relationship between them since I always regard the study as our main task, so my principle is adjusting work to follow the schedule of study.

Did you know that to produce a single ton of steel, it takes about 91, 000 liters of water?We all have to learn how to stop wasting our precious water.
