　　首先，一名好老師應該擁有淵博的知識,更重要的是將課講活﹑講精、講好。一名語文老師，應該詩詞歷史，寫作閱讀，無所不通，無所不知。一名數學老師，應該將奧數幾何，各種運算，運用自如。一名英語老師，應該說一口純正英語，與外國人輕松交談。現在的許多老師講課都有些枯燥古板，甚至學生會因為老師的嚴厲呆板而失去了一個孩子應有的活潑與想象力，也變得呆板起來，或失去學習的興趣。那么，一個好老師就應該和學生之間拉近距離，平易近人，成為學生的良師益友：在課堂上激情澎湃、充滿感情﹑身臨其境地
