　　記者在“張帆創新工作室”看到，張帆同學在校擁有四項國家發明專利和46項產品創新課題，現已完成其中26項課題。他憑借自己的實力加入了中國發明協會，在“xx中國大學生年度人物”參評中進入前200名；在xx年他被評為“xx年湖北大學生年度人物”前10強，獲得“科技創新年度人物”稱號。

　　畢業生李xx于xx年在校期間研制的“高性能低畸變電子鎮流器”獲得國家專利，他應邀參加第八屆中國北京科技產業博覽會。許多企業想要購買這項專利，甚至一家外國企業出百萬元的專利費。xx年他在畢業后，放棄月薪萬元的工作，選擇了白手起家艱難創業之路，創辦了“武漢奧迪爾照明有限公司”，任執行董事兼技術總監，用專利為社會服務，獲武漢市大學生創業明星稱號。

　　據劉獻君介紹，文華學院在9年的辦學中，已經逐步找到了獨立學院辦學的`規律，辦大學就是要辦出一個氛圍，辦出特色。在充分調研和總結的基礎上，xx年他們提出了辦個性化教育特色的大學，努力探索為每一個學生提供適合的教育。此后，該院提出了“立志、空間”的個性化教育的思路，在實踐中探索個性化教育的實施新途徑。

　　該院幫助學生“立志”，把學生發展引導至正確的航道上來；為學生提供發展“空間”，實施多樣化人才培養模式，量身定做個性化培養方案；加強實踐教學，讓學生了解社會，認識自我，增強能力；實施針對性教學和個性化課表，激發學生的學習興趣；設置潛能導師，幫助學生發掘自身優勢潛能，指導學生進行職業生涯設計�，F在，個性化教育已取得了初步的效果，涌出了一批像張帆、李xx一樣的學生。

　　為了展示學生的個性和激發潛能，該院將學生參加社會各類學科專業和技能競賽當作個性化教育的第二課堂和檢驗平臺，僅在xx—xx學年，該院學生就參加省級和國家級各類學科專業和技能大賽38項，其中全國性競賽17項，省市級競賽21項，共獲得各類獎765項，獲獎學生達837人次。xx年12月，在全國大學生綠色建筑創意設計大賽頒獎典禮上，文華學院參賽團隊的設計作品“綠色生態窯洞”榮獲“最具生態可持續獎”，該院成為本次比賽“十佳”獎項獲得院校中唯一一所獨立學院（民辦）院校。

　　據了解，在進行個性化教育探索和實踐后，近年來該院各專業的畢業生就業率明顯提高，xx屆熱動專業畢業生就業率為100%、機械專業94%、電氣專業97%。xx年船舶專業第一屆畢業生的就業率為97%、機械專業達100%。全院畢業生就業率近年來保持在90%以上。
