1. used to是本課主要的語言點，意思是“過去常�！保硎具^去的習慣動作或過去常常存在的狀態，僅用于一般過去時。used to 后加動詞原形。
A: used to句式變化如下：

Did he use to like music? Yes, he did. / No, he didn’t.

B: used to的反意疑問句變化：
Jenny used to play the piano after school, didn't she?
C: used to 和一般過去時的區別：
used to 僅指過去的習慣，而且是現在已經不存在的習慣。如果用一般過去時表示過去的習慣，則需要指出時間。
My father used to smoke, but now he doesn’t smoke any more.
* used to 不能與since或for組成的時間詞連用。
2. Don’t you remember me? 難道你不記得我了嗎？
這句話是否定形式的疑問句，表示期待、請求或希望肯定回答的語氣。

be interested in 意思是 “對……感興趣”, 表示比較級時，將more或less 放在interested前面

4. People sure change. 人們確實會變的。
在句中是副詞，表示“確實，的確”
常用作形容詞，意思是確信的，無疑的，有把握的

5. I used to be afraid of being alone. 我過去害怕獨處。
A: be afraid of sth/doing, be afraid to do sth 害怕……，害怕做……
I used to be afraid of snakes.

B: alone是形容詞，意思是“單獨的”，“獨自的”
The old lady lives alone in the house. 這個老婦人獨自住在這座房子里。
He likes being alone. 他喜歡獨處。
alone 與 lonely的辨析
alone是形容詞，做表語；lonely可以做表語，也可以做定語。
alone的意思是“單獨的，獨自的”，而lonely則指“孤獨的，寂寞的”

B．any more 意思是“（不）再，再也（不）”，用于否定句和疑問句

I started school when I was five. I started this school when I was eleven and I will leave next year when I am sixteen. So I will spend 5 years at this school.
