（二）need的用法
1. 作情態動詞，后跟不帶to的動詞不定式，只用于否定句和疑問句。
2. 作實義動詞，后跟帶to的不定式時，可用于一切句式。

＝You don’t need to do the exercise if you find it too easy.

3. needn’t have done 表示“本無必要”

（三）關于different的用法
1. different 不同的，差異的，分離的。作形容詞，后面的名詞常用復數形式。
I have learned four different books this year.
2. different 的反義詞為same, same做形容詞時，前面一般有定冠詞the，被形容的名詞用單數。
Are you in the same age?
3. different的名詞為difference,既可以作可數名詞，也可以作不可數名詞。
There is not much difference in price between the two computers.
There are many differences between the two languages.
（四）agree 的用法
1. agree with 指出于主觀愿望的“贊成”，“同意”.
I agree with you.
I agree with what you said.
I agree with what they are doing.
2. agree on 指兩方或多方就某事取得一致意見或達成協議。
We agree on this idea.
3. agree to 指“接受”，“認可”，常常指并非出于主觀愿望的“同意”，尤指不樂意或爭論之后的同意。
He doesn’t agree to give up his job.
I think people here are friendly. Do you _________me?

（五）不定代詞one與ones的用法
1. one可用作代詞，代替前面已經出現過的單數可數名詞，以避免重復。若無定語修飾，one不帶定冠詞，若有定語修飾，one須帶定冠詞。

I will take that one, the one with all the chocolate on top.
2. ones 一般用來代替復數可數名詞。
I like the red flowers in the garden, but I don’t like the white ones.

（五）一般將來時的用法

1. 表示將來某個時間將要發生的動作或存在的狀態，常于表示將來的時間狀語連用。
Next month my sister will be twenty-one.
2. 表示將來經常發生或反復發生的動作。
I will come and see you every Sunday next year.
3. 詢問對方是否愿意或表示客氣的邀請。
